Call for Posters

The organizing committee is soliciting contributions in the form of poster presentations. In particular, we encourage students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior researchers to submit extended abstracts on their recent research results. There will be no published proceedings. Contributions in the general area of communication theory are welcome. Submissions of extended abstracts for the poster session should be sent to Yindi Jing (yindi@ualberta.ca) and Shahram ShahbazPanahi (shahram.shahbazpanahi@uoit.ca) by February 24, 2020. Decisions will be provided by March 7, 2020.

Submission Instructions

Electronic submissions are accepted only in PDF format and must provide sufficient details on the work and contributions to be presented as posters. Extended abstracts must not exceed 2 pages (US letter size 8.5 x 11 inches) using font size 10, double column, and the IEEE style in PDF format. The file name should be set as the last name of the first author. Please send submissions to the Poster Co-Chairs Yindi Jing (yindi@ualberta.ca) and Shahram ShahbazPanahi (shahram.shahbazpanahi@uoit.ca). Please indicate “IEEE CTW 2020 Poster Submission” as the subject of the email. All submissions will be acknowledged.

Best Poster Award

The Best Poster Award will be offered based on both the content and the presentation of the poster, judged by an award committee.
